Michael Annett Talladega Preview

Michael Annett gained his second consecutive, and third overall, top-10 finish last weekend in Richmond and is currently eighth in the NXS standings.

The Iowa native won the fall 2007 Talladega ARCA Series race after qualifying on the outside pole. He followed that up with a 2008 ARCA Series victory at Daytona.

Annett has completed a total of 1,588 laps in NXS competition in 2017, which leads all full-time NXS drivers.

Quote: “Talladega is always a crap shoot, but it is a lot of fun as well. I have a win there in the ARCA Series and I would love to drive our Pilot Flying J Chevrolet to Victory Lane this weekend. We have three top 10s this year so far and our confidence is high, we just need to take care of our car and avoid the big one.”
